Refund policy

At Clareni, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, simply contact us at support@clarenishop.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

In most cases, you will not need to send the item back to us. Once your return request is approved, we will issue a refund and you may keep or dispose of the item. This allows us to process your refund faster and avoids the cost and delay of international return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, or would like a different color or material, contact support@clarenishop.com within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Warranty

All Clareni watches include a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. If your piece stops working correctly under normal use within this period, contact us and we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-refundable.
